- Cable and Harness Technicians are needed to support our Gilbert Manufacturing Center. As part of the Harness Manufacturing department, you will help put innovative, reliable, and agile products and ideas into orbit and beyond. This position is located on-site at our Gilbert, AZ campus on the second shift (3:00 pm – 12:30 am) with a 9/80 schedule.

• Manufacture cable and harness products.
• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, wirelists, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure the quality of hardware and compliance with company procedures, ISO standards, and operation sheets.
• Complete tasks with accuracy, completeness, and adherence to schedules.
• Provide regular communication to shop leads and work center management regarding status and technical issues.

• High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production, or logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
• Capability to obtain certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and NASA-J-STD.
• Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Exceptional mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with electrostatic discharge (ESD) control and crimping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Graduate from a technical trade school.
• Current certification to IPC WHMA-A-620, NASA-J-STD, or other certifications in electronics assembly and workmanship.
• Experience with MES applications, including workflow, signoff, and documentation.
