Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

Your shift kicks off at 3:15 PM. You review travelers and blueprints, confirm tooling and work holding, and bring CNC milling centers online following established procedures and safety protocols. As parts run, you verify dimensions, record production and quality data, and keep communication flowing with teammates. By the time you wrap at 1:15 AM, your work area is clean, organized, and ready for the next cycle.

• Operate CNC milling machines in alignment with documented processes and safety standards
• Interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions to produce precise parts
• Load raw material and unload finished components efficiently
• Perform basic machine setups and clearly communicate tooling and offset needs
• Measure, inspect, and document quality and production results
• Maintain a tidy, organized workstation and complete required paperwork
• Collaborate with peers to support continuous improvement

• 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
