PLI Manufacturing, a company of Phoenix Defense, seeks an Aerospace Assembler I to join our fabrication team. Start date August 24, 2026; schedule Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm; pay $18/hr you will assemble wire harnesses and learn the PLEX system to support production schedules.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with measuring tools. IPC-620/J-STD certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth and benefits.
