is a fast‑paced custom print shop specializing in vinyl decals, apparel, screen printing, embroidery, and digital print services. We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Vinyl Production & Print Associate who can handle a high‑energy workflow and keep orders moving smoothly from start to finish.

This role focuses on cutting vinyl decals
, producing vinyl for shirts
, and supporting the print department with printing, laminating, trimming, pressing shirts, and preparing orders. You’ll also handle customer notifications, rush orders, and general production tasks.

This is a standing, constantly moving position

• Cut vinyl decals and heat‑transfer vinyl for shirts
• Weed, mask, trim, and prepare vinyl for application
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all vinyl jobs
• Organize and label completed vinyl pieces for production

• Print decals, shirt vinyl, and other shop materials
• Laminate and cut down printed decals
• Press shirts using heat presses
• Fold, sort, and prepare completed apparel orders
• Assist with general print workflow as needed

• Contact customers when orders are complete
• Prioritize and complete rush orders with accuracy and speed
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
• Ensure all orders are completed in a timely fashion

• This is a standing, active, constantly moving position
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs (vinyl rolls, boxes, materials)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high‑quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established production processes

• Experience with vinyl cutters (Graphtec, Roland, etc.)
• Familiarity with heat‑transfer vinyl and decal production
• Experience in a print shop or apparel production environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Basic computer skills for running print and cut software
