Phoenix Defense is hiring 15 Electrical Harness Assemblers for our Gilbert, AZ facility. You will assemble and fabricate wire harnesses to meet aerospace standards, using measuring tools and hand tools.
Training wage starts at $18/hour as you join our September 22, 2025 class and begin on August 24, 2026. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read blueprints and schematics, IPC-620/J-STD readiness, and basic PC skills.
