PLI Manufacturing, a Phoenix Defense company, is hiring a Wire Harness Assembler I (Aerospace) in Gilbert, AZ. Start date is August 24, 2026. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm. Pay is $19/hr, with training-based increases.
Responsibilities include assembling wire harnesses, reading blueprints and wiring schematics, and meeting customer production schedules while working with Procurement and other departments. Requires high school diploma; IPC-620/J-STD certifications preferred.
