What It Takes High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework preferred)5+ years setting up and operating CNC lathes — aerospace preferred

Experience with Mazak and/or Nakamura platforms preferred

Deep knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and common materials

Confident blueprint interpretation and documentation skills

Detail‑driven problem solver with strong communication

Independent worker who also elevates the team
