Manual Machinist - Precision Manufacturing Specialist

Are you a skilled machinist who takes pride in creating precision parts with your expertise and craftsmanship? We're looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to bring their talent to our growing team in Gilbert.

Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 am – 3:30 pm)

Compensation: $30-$38/hour based on experience, PTO, 401K, Health, Vision and Dental benefits

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Your Impact

As our Manual Machinist, you'll transform raw materials into precision components that meet exacting standards. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly contribute to our manufacturing excellence. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to solve challenges and drive improvements, while partnering with our Tooling department to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform blueprints and technical drawings into precision-machined reality
  • Master the setup and operation of manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders
  • Achieve and maintain close tolerances through expert manual machining techniques
  • Ensure quality excellence through meticulous inspection of finished parts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and solve technical challenges
  • Champion safety and maintain an organized, efficient workspace
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in manual machining, including tool making, fixturing, and production manufacturing
  • Expert-level blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Deep understanding of manual machining techniques, GD&T, and machine tolerances
  • Self-directed work style with strong collaborative abilities
  • Commitment to precision and quality in every part produced
  • Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration
