Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, is seeking a Lean Technical Specialist to lead Lean transformation across manufacturing operations, enabling process improvements and standardization. You will guide Kaizen events, value stream maps, and continuous problem solving.
You will collaborate with engineering and operations to embed Lean principles, develop visual management, and mentor staff to build Lean capability while supporting capital projects and new product introductions.
