Manager, Field Marketing – Phoenix (On-site)

Join our team of innovative marketers at Ashley Furniture Industries to lead field marketing initiatives across the Phoenix region.

• Develop and measure marketing plans that support sales objectives, including store events, community events, and experiential activations within the designated region.
• Study local markets, create regional playbooks, and research competitors to stay up‑to‑date on trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Plan and ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives within the region.
• Manage local marketing budgets and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze initiative performance, reporting results to the management team.
• Demonstrate Ashley's Core and Growth Values in job performance.
• Some travel required.

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing (Required).
• Field Marketing experience (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience (Required).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with document management systems.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
