Manager, Field Marketing – Phoenix (On-site)
Join our team of innovative marketers at Ashley Furniture Industries to lead field marketing initiatives across the Phoenix region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and measure marketing plans that support sales objectives, including store events, community events, and experiential activations within the designated region.
- Study local markets, create regional playbooks, and research competitors to stay up‑to‑date on trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Plan and ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives within the region.
- Manage local marketing budgets and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze initiative performance, reporting results to the management team.
- Demonstrate Ashley's Core and Growth Values in job performance.
- Some travel required.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing (Required).
- Field Marketing experience (Preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience (Required).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet.
- Perform under strong demands in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work professionally with customers and co‑workers to efficiently serve customers.

- Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries.
