Location: Tempe, AZ

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour work week marketing coordinator role based in our Tempe office. The position supports proposal efforts and other marketing tasks in alignment with our branding and marketing strategies. This role works on‑site only (not hybrid or remote).

• Coordinate project pursuits, manage pursuit processes, and follow quality procedures for document production throughout the full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation.
• Prepare, assist with, and track proposals, statements of qualifications, and other marketing collateral from concept through completion.
• Compose, edit, and create collateral material and prepare staff resumes and project experience needed for proposals and SOQs.
• Work with Project Managers and Technical Staff to coordinate responses, develop messaging, and content for proposals.
• Complete technical tasks such as creating graphics, layout templates, proofreading, preparing review drafts, and final edits.
• Ensure timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications.

• Assist with communications and ideas for marketing initiatives.
• Create content and graphics for digital and printed materials.
• Coordinate special events and conferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in an engineering, construction, architecture, or similar industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Passion for creating high‑quality finished products.
• Team‑focused workplace support and active participation.
• Creative thinker/problem‑solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience executing competitive proposals/SOQs.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
