Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position leads integrated campaign execution, manages workflows and timelines, and provides direction to the Marketing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality output across all channels.

This is a working manager role that requires both strategic thinking and day‑to‑day operational leadership.

What You’ll Do
  • Campaign Execution & Project Management
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Lead day‑to‑day execution of campaigns across paid media, email, digital, social, print, and in‑location channels

  • Communicate timelines, priorities, and updates to cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Monitor milestones and proactively adjust plans to maintain accuracy and momentum
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing and departments, including Operations, Clinical, Retail, and IT
Asset, Content & Quality Management
  • Manage the review and approval process for marketing assets with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure all content meets brand, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain organized asset libraries for scalability and reuse
  • Provide feedback and direction to support consistent quality across deliverables
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Track performance metrics and support campaign reporting and post‑campaign analysis
  • Identify insights and opportunities to optimize future campaigns
Budget & Vendor Coordination
  • Assist with managing the marketing budget and monitoring ROI
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and creative standards are met
  • Support vendor evaluation, proposal review, and contract negotiations
Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools
  • Test and evaluate new platforms, automation tools, and best practices
Internal Communications Support
  • Assist with internal communications such as employee engagement campaigns, training rollouts, and announcements
  • Partner with leadership to ensure clear, engaging communication across teams
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who
  • Thrives in both leadership and hands‑on execution
  • Enjoys building timelines and holding teams accountable
  • Is detail‑oriented but also understands the big‑picture marketing strategy
  • Has led projects and people, not just contributed to campaigns
