Marketing Specialist

Full-time - 32 hours In this role, you will work cross-departmentally, sourcing content for Consultwebs' marketing through internal and external experts. You will research, write, and optimize high-quality content like blog articles, newsletters, downloadable resources, presentations, and more with clients and prospective clients in mind. You will also be responsible for quality assurance on the Consultwebs website. Responsibilities may evolve in alignment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with: Each team member is expected to contribute to the culture and profitability of the company daily by adhering to core values and holding others accountable to do the same, following company policies, and seeking to fulfill the company’s mission and vision through efficiently performing key responsibilities and goals based on role and department.

• Quality assurance with CW web properties
• Website enhancement ideation
• Working with Support team to implement website changes
• Content development for new website initiatives
• Interview individuals and create content from notes
• Email campaign content creation
• Lead magnet creation
• Ideation and collaboration with team

Qualifications (required): Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, Proficient writing and editing skills, Strong understanding of LLM search and usage (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), Firm understanding of ethical AI use, Understanding of brand and marketing, Spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets), Strong communication skills

Nice to have: Task software management experience (Teamwork, Asana, etc.), Project management skills, CRM experience (specifically Hub Spot), Managing email lists within CRM

Compensation: $27 - $30 hourly
