Regional Marketing Business Partner

• Support customer marketing and sales enablement programs for residential Build audiences
• Work closely with designated regions and leadership to identify customer and category growth opportunities
• Develop strategies to help the business succeed
• Lead and implement marketing initiatives for residential build and showroom audiences, including content development, social media, print collateral, email marketing and customer events
• Develop marketing strategies focused on existing customer growth and new customer acquisition
• Foster relationships with region leadership and suppliers to support the business plan and sales growth strategy
• Develop marketing programs and sales promotions to promote customer retention and growth
• Implement product promotions and campaigns using digital and print sales enablement materials, social media, email marketing and digital content
• Develop marketing materials and promotions with internal strategists, including print/sales collateral, social media, digital signage, web content, email, promotional merchandising and direct mail
• Cultivate customer partnerships through new technologies, value-added services and digital services with third parties
• Measure, review and report promotional activity outcomes against critical metrics and resource efficiency
• Design and adjust marketing plans to meet changing markets and conditions
• Leverage vendor-provided marketing funds for promotional programs, customer engagement and marketing tactics
• Communicate with sales teams regarding customer marketing initiatives and available assets
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to identify tools, training materials, in-store collateral and customer engagement opportunities
• Maintain corporate identity, brand and design standards, enterprise value proposition, brand recognition and awareness
• Prepare and present marketing reviews for assigned regions and assist with marketing team and business meetings
• Travel once a quarter in the assigned regions

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent channel marketing work experience
• 7-10 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in trade industry, or 7-10 years’ industry related experience in HVAC, plumbing or residential building
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Highly organized
• Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and on-time delivery
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI

Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies for customer growth and retention in the residential building sector, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
