As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will masterfully apply your expertise to assess, monitor, and intervene during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum phases. You'll perform a wide array of skilled procedures, from continuous fetal monitoring and medication administration to circulating for C‑sections and providing immediate newborn stabilization. Your day will be driven by precision, urgency, and a deep commitment to positive outcomes for both mother and baby, all while collaborating seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care tailored to the unique physiological and psychological needs of laboring, delivering, and postpartum mothers, as well as their newborns.
- Skillfully manage and prioritize patient care activities, balancing the dynamic and often rapid changes in labor with the comfort and emotional support of the patient and her family.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for patients' needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care that encompasses physical, emotional, and cultural aspects of birth.
- Exhibit exceptional ability to recognize and adapt swiftly to changes in patients' condition in a timely and clinically appropriate manner during critical moments.
- Associate of Nursing Diploma, or Foreign Equivalent and knowledge of surgical procedures, critical‑care (surgical) background, pediatric experience helpful, upon hire or
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 months
- Bachelor's other BSN and one (1) year labor and delivery experience, upon hire
