Copper Springs in Gilbert, Arizona, is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital. It offers both inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addiction for adults, and seniors. The facility provides a range of treatments for mental health and addiction issues. - Will assess the patient and plan care within set time frames and document findings according to policies
- Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician
- RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
- RN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients
- Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies
- Assists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients

- Associate’s degree in nursing required.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
- Experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred; experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations.
- CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
