Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care to patients, including assessments and symptom management.
  • Administer chemotherapy, biologics, and supportive medications per protocol.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor patient responses, document outcomes, and escalation adverse events promptly.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure seamless treatment plans.
  • Track and report metrics using pipelines and dashboards to meet territory targets.
  • Document all procedures, orders, and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, expected side effects, and self-care.
  • Participate in daily huddles and contribute to team visibility of activities and outcomes.
  • Support the onboarding and professional development journey, seeking learning opportunities.
  • Assist in clinical trials or protocol-driven care pathways as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience administering chemotherapy and biologic agents per protocol.
  • RN license in state with oncology nursing certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to monitor responses and escalation adverse events promptly.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams.
  • Data literacy to track metrics, pipelines, and dashboards for territory targets.
  • Excellent patient and family education skills on treatment plans and side effects.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, target-driven environment; self-management and accountability.
  • Participation in clinical trials or protocol-driven pathways as assigned.
