Overnight LPN​/RN Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Gilbert, AZ and surrounding areas.

Angels of Care has cared for the medically fragile community since 2000. We provide direct, one-on-one medical care designed to make a difference in patients’ lives.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among the care team and with families.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
