Outpatient pulmonology without the hospital grind. A non-profit healthcare system in Kingman, Arizona is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their dedicated Pulmonology team in a specialty-focused outpatient role that combines meaningful respiratory care with a schedule built around your life. Four 10-hour shifts per week means three-day weekends guaranteed — with a base salary of $138,000–$140,000, an RVU productivity bonus, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and a multidisciplinary team that supports you every step of the way.

You’ll manage a broad and intellectually engaging scope — asthma, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease, post-COVID respiratory conditions — interpreting spirometry, imaging, and ABGs, collaborating with pulmonologists, and building real longitudinal relationships with patients managing complex chronic lung disease in a community that genuinely needs this level of specialized care.

  • Order and interpret pulmonary function tests, spirometry, chest imaging, ABGs, and labs
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans for asthma, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, ILD, and post-COVID respiratory conditions
  • Prescribe and manage bronchodilators, inhaled therapies, and oxygen therapy within scope
  • Collaborate with pulmonologists and multidisciplinary care team on complex cases
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, smoking cessation, and breathing strategies
  • Coordinate specialist referrals and manage follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
Qualifications
  • MSN from accredited NP program | National FNP certification required

  • Experience preferred — pulmonology or related specialty a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills for team-based, coordinated care
