Primary Care NP/PA (High Compensation + Bonus) Gilbert, AZ
$160,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $180,000+)
We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a fast‑paced, high‑performing Primary Care / Value‑Based Care clinic in Gilbert, AZ. This is a great fit for a provider who enjoys staying busy, leading a strong support team, and practicing efficiently with excellent structure.
Compensation & Benefits$160,000 guaranteed base salary
Up to $20,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
Total comp potential: $180,000+
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO + CME
401(k) with match
Malpractice coverage
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- Built-in workflow support: MA + Scribe
- Protected admin time daily for chart closure
- Manage 23 patients/day (20-minute templates)
- Address HEDIS care gaps and document HCC/RAF accurately
- Active NP (APRN) or PA-C license in AZ
- 3 years Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine experience
- Value-Based Care experience preferred
- Athena EMR preferred
