Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)Gilbert, AZ, US
Salary Range: $50.00 To $100.00 Hourly
Home Health RN's must be licensed and able to reliably provide home care services.
We are looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to fill openings in the Casa Grande and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities of the Home Health RN - Registered Nurse
- Effectively collaborate with care team
- Patient assessment and evaluation of patients progress towards goals
- Design and implementation of care plan
- Plan and facilitate appropriate discharge
- Accurate and complete patient documentation
- Provide care which promotes quality, continuity, and patient safety
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the community
- Compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Requirements of the Home Health RN
- Home Care experience preferred but not required
- RN State License or Multi-state Compact License required
