Honor Health in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ is seeking an RN for the OR Preop/PACU with evening shifts ) 3 shifts/week plus call. You will collect data, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, and support patient education.
Responsibilities include IV starts, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to ensure safe, evidence-based care for stroke and other surgical patients. LPNs and aides may be supervised as needed.
