Job Title

Job Summary:

Must have Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience with Oncology chemotherapy certification

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required

At least 24 months of Oncology experience in the past 12 months (recent experience required)

Must hold active state nursing license with no disciplinary actions

Must possess active BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI

Must have active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification

Must be able to provide proof of current flu vaccination (or exemption form)

Arizona residents are NOT eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility

Must be open/flexible to location, shift, and department for faster placement

Must be able to start on listed start date or within one week

All requested time off (RTO) must be listed on cover page and cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO allowed during first week of assignment

Must specify all facilities, states, and departments willing to work in/on

Travel nursing experience is highly preferred

Complete Banner Health cover page is required with submission

Resume must include all previous facilities, departments, trauma level designations, and number of beds

Oncology skills checklist completed within the last 12 months required

Must provide driver’s license for residency verification

Strict adherence to background check and compliance requirements

Weekend and On Call requirements to be determined by facility

All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept an offer if extended

Immediate notification required if candidate withdraws or is unavailable

Certification Requirements:

ACLS (AHA)

BLS (AHA)

Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Infusion Certification
