Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team   Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets   Manage appointments, phones, and client communications like a pro   Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence   Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly   Help create a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace## We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has
** previous experience working in a veterinary hospital** (required)   Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)   Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile   Loves people just as much as pets   Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented   Brings positivity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor## Why White Mountain Animal Hospital?
