Finance Assistant, Financial Manager
Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will collect rent, process invoices, prepare reports, and ensure lease compliance while using Yardi/One Site for accurate reporting.
You will also review accounts, liaise with residents on balances, and assist in leasing and marketing activities. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of property-management experience are preferred.
