Location:sneakybird – Gilbert

Pay:$15.50/hour + tip pool (starting)

Hours:35–40 hours per week after training

Schedule:Mostly to fully open availability required, including weekends

As a
Key Team Member
, you’ll play a major role in daily operations, guest service, and team support. This is a growth-focused role for dependable, hard-working individuals who are ready to take on more responsibility and develop into leadership.

You’ll be cross-trained in multiple areas of the restaurant and gradually trusted with higher-level operational tasks.

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest

Prepare food to sneakybird quality and speed standards

Operate POS and handle orders efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Assist with opening and closing procedures when trained

Help uphold store standards and culture

Mostly to fully open availability (days, nights, and weekends required)

Able to work 35–40 hours per week after training

Reliable and strong work ethic

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and leadership mindset

Preferred (but not required):

1–2 years of management or leadership experience in the food industry
