After completing your 2 week training, you’ll be confident in handling a variety of tasks that keep our kitchen and dining experience running smoothly, including:

• Completing opening and closing restaurant duties
• Portioning and prepping fresh ingredients
• Storing and rotating food items properly to maintain quality
• Keeping food prep areas clean and organized
• Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Following all food safety and sanitation standards
• Cooking and plating dishes in an appetizing, visually appealing way

• Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift in a fast-paced kitchen
• Experience is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn are must-haves

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Morning and/or evening shifts depending on location needs
