** Crew Member – Service & Kitchen

This role includes both
** Service (Front Counter & Drive-Thru)
** and
** Kitchen (Grill & Prep)
** responsibilities.
* Welcome customers with energy, eye contact, and a genuine smile
* Take accurate orders and deliver fast, friendly service
* Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards
* Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts
* Communicate clearly and support teammates across all areas of the restaurant
* Resolve customer concerns
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant at all times
* Clean as you go—sanitize surfaces, stock supplies, and take pride in both customer areas and kitchen spaces
