We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys creating a fun, energetic, fast paced environment. Takes pride in their work and providing great service. Ensures all food is prepared and presented to the Rudy's standard. Create a positive, effective, and productive team. Makes our guests their top priority. Can effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.
Position Summary:
The manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading the guest experience by providing excellent food and service, inventory and cost management, team management, and product quality management.
Minimum Requirements:
Have, or be willing to obtain, Food Manager Certification and TABC certification. Management experience. (in food service preferred) Previous restaurant experience.
