• Oversee daily bakery operations while upholding company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service; address and resolve guest concerns to encourage return visits
• Communicate operational issues, successes, and concerns promptly to the General Manager
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance expectations to team members

• Availability to work weekends and holidays

• The first la Madeleine location opens in the heart of Dallas, TX on Mockingbird lane across from Southern Methodist University.
