As a key holder and lead crafter, you'll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

What You'll Do

* Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency

* Lead the Bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere

* Open and close the Bakery as a trusted key holder

* Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory

* Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards

* Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciated

* Help create a clean, organized, and JOYFUL Bakery environment

What We're Looking For
