• Lead and support associates in Apparel/Fashion to meet daily priorities
• Maintain merchandising standards: zoning, signing, modular integrity, and feature execution
• Drive in-stock through replenishment, backroom-to-floor processes, and recovery
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to associates; help onboard new team members
• Support safety, shrink awareness, and compliance routines
• Partner with other areas (Front End, OPD, GM) to support store goals

• Prior retail experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
• Ability to lift/move merchandise (may include up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation)

The Fashion Team Lead supports daily operations in Apparel/Fashion, leads associates on the salesfloor, and helps deliver a great customer experience through strong merchandising, in-stock, and presentation standards.
