Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now.

Earn $17.00 Per Hour

• Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm, weekends until 5:00 pm

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside the facility
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits
• Maintain customers' payment status; make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and operate in facilities, spending roughly 50% of time outdoors including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks (sweeping, mopping, maintaining curb appeal)

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available
