As a Mobile Associate Store-in-Store (SiS), you will be the face of T‑Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You excel in a high‑traffic environment where technology constantly evolves and customer needs change. Whether educating, demonstrating, or recommending solutions, you provide outstanding experiences and help customers stay connected to what matters most.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T‑Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and demonstrate knowledge of systems and reference resources. Continuously learn and improve to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
- Provide exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations, and attract potential customers to drive sales activity. Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 Months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment (Preferred).
- Customer Satisfaction:
Passionate Customer Advocate with a desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required). - Team Building:
Desire to be a part of the game‑changing T‑Mobile Store Team, willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues (Required). - Retail Sales:
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required). - At least 18 years of age.

Hourly base pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an annual stock grant.
