Overview

See’s Candies is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor for the San Tan Village Shops location. This role leads the sales team, guides day-to-day store operations, ensures excellent customer service, and supports the Shop Manager and Management Team.

• Assist the Shop Manager in leading the retail team, fostering a sales‑focused and customer‑focused environment.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail location in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Assist in resolving customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in training and developing team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers through effective engagement.
• Assist in managing cash handling procedures, protection of company assets, and banking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and communicating inventory needs and trends to management.
• Submit required paperwork in a timely manner, including payroll approvals and other administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, strong cash handling, and merchandising ability.
• Ability to follow, implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Strong work performance with a track record of growing the business by identifying sales opportunities and leading a sales‑driven team.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and positively.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
