Mattel Retail Merchandiser RPT; Regular Part Time - Gilbert, AZ

Role Overview

Part‑time Retail Merchandiser – up to 30 hours per week (additional holiday hours). Responsible for expanding Mattel’s presence at major retailers in the Gilbert, AZ area.

• Build strong relationships with store teams
• Act as a brand ambassador for Mattel and affiliated brands
• Secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise products on the sales floor
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, including shelving and racking
• Implement point‑of‑purchase materials
• Execute special projects such as store events
• Complete reports, including store surveys
• Train and lead team associates
• Provide real‑time business insights
• Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, meeting attendance, and email communication

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• Available to work daytime hours on weekdays, with occasional weekend work
• Reliable access to internet and transportation to travel between assigned store locations
• Residence within approximately 20 miles of Gilbert, AZ 85296 or ability to reliably service the territory

• Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reach frequently
• Walk for long periods of time
• Climb ladders up to 12 feet tall
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Push or pull carts containing product, occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Operate power tools such as a screwdriver and drill
