• Supports and executes visual directives, maintaining visual standards set by the company.
• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes.
• Maintains merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom.
• Ensures all store associates follow all policies, procedures, and Safety Program practices.
• Reflects the Pac Sun brand by demonstrating passion and affinity for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Inspires and motivates others by consistently exhibiting core value behaviors.
• Demonstrates willingness, aptitude, and initiative to learn unknown aspects of product, brands, fashion, and trends.

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.

Min – Mid (complete by HR only if applicable).

• Frequent lifting/moving of up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 35 pounds.
• Frequent sitting/standing for long periods and climbing ladders as needed.
• Regularly required to talk or hear; frequent sitting, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, twisting or squatting.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Hotel, airplane, and car travel may be required for SM and above roles only.

This is a part‑time position. Ability to work a range between 20‑40 hours per week is required. Flexibility with work schedule (able to work weekends, nights, peak holiday periods) is required.
