Our merchandising & stocking associates keep our club running smoothly by moving inventory, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and assisting members on the sales floor. The role requires physical endurance, rapid adaptation to fast‑paced environments, and a member‑centric mindset.

• Unloading and organizing trucks, ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Stocking and merchandising products on shelves and in the backroom while maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Assisting members with locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Club services.
• Supporting club‑pick‑up orders and staging products for customer pickup.
• Performing safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and adherence to company safety policies.
• Applying proper prices, signs, and managing shrinkage and damaged goods.
• Collaborating with managers, drivers, and teammates to achieve store objectives.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing more than 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward members and teammates.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with frequent change.
• Problem‑solving mindset and commitment to excellence in task completion.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in retail or warehouse environments.
• Previous experience with stocking, unloading, or customer service in a club or warehouse setting.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
