Support Lead

Five Below - 3763 South Gilbert Road - Responsibilities:
Wows customers by providing personal contact and the B.E.S.T. service experience; train crew on customer service standards;
Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service and execution of duties;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Manage opening/closing processes, including cash security, alarms, and daily preparations;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policy, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, performance, and customer service;
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and world recovery;
Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stocking
