• Reach out to small businesses to introduce them to solutions and qualify them for product demonstrations
• Manage a high volume of calls to build a steady stream of new business
• Follow up on assigned activities and maintain a successful sales pipeline
• Proactively source and qualify leads while effectively engaging with relevant contacts
• Commit to continuous learning and improvement in sales skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated drive and confidence in making cold calls and engaging with potential clients
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for results
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization

• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in customer communication
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the home services industry
