Job SummaryAre you driven, competitive, and ready to 10X your life? We’re looking for a high-energy, self-driven sales professional who’s ready to dominate the solar industry. You’ll be working in-office with warm inbound leads and generating your own outbound opportunities by following up, calling prospects, and building relationships with installers, DIYers, and homeowners nationwide. WhatYou’ll Do
- Close deals with inbound leads — educate, quote, and sell.
- Prospect and follow up with potential customers daily (no door knocking).
- Build relationships with installers, contractors, and resellers.
- Learn and master our full solar product line — panels, inverters, batteries, accessories.
- Stay sharp with daily training and daily accountability.
- Hit and exceed your sales targets month after month.
- Proven sales experience (solar industry experience is a plus, not required).
- Money motivated, relentless, self-motivated, and obsessed with success.
- Excellent communicator who can build rapport fast and close faster.
- Coachable, competitive, and committed to personal growth.
- Ready to outwork and outperform everyone around you.
