Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Field Sales Representatives to sell A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners. This is a full‑time W‑2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.
Target Earnings$55K - $100K+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)
Compensation- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On‑Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+
- Bi‑Weekly pay
- Bonuses and incentives available
- Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Help homeowners select the right system
- Close sales and schedule installations
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal‑oriented
Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods - Reliable transportation
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
