Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Gilbert – AZ.

Role Description

Full‑time position in Gilbert, AZ. Requires an active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License. As an Account Manager with Pam Johnson – State Farm Agent, you will be vital to our customers’ success through agency business operations, fostering meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customers and agency departments. You promote relevant products and services, enhancing our customers’ lives and contributing to agency growth.

We expect an attentive, sociable, sales‑minded professional who can simplify complex information and compellingly present it to clients. This is an in‑office role; meeting clients in person is essential to success.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Oversee and manage customer inquiries, providing timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License required.
  • Experience in insurance sales/service or account management preferred.
  • Self‑motivated, taking initiative and driving action.
  • Ability to relate and listen effectively to customers to generate customer‑centered solutions.
  • Ability to contribute to a high‑performing team environment and meet sales targets.
Compensation

$45,000.00–$90,000.00 per year.

Office Hours

Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm with a one‑hour lunch. Saturday (when open, 9 am to noon) may be required and a three‑hour off allowance applied during the week.

This position is with an independent contractor State Farm agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must meet licensing and training requirements; agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
