What This Role Actually IsYou'll run inbound virtual consultations with homeowners who have already raised their hand. No cold calling. No begging for attention. Real people, real projects, real budgets, ready to talk.
Your job is to understand what they want, show them how to get it, and close. We give you the leads, the technology, the training, and a proven process. You bring the drive, the discipline, and the relentless commitment to getting better.
What Your Days Look Like- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations and custom design demos
- Guide customers through the full design and buying process
- Build genuine relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Own your pipeline, your calendar, and your results
- Sharpen your craft daily, product knowledge, sales technique, customer experience
- Show up for your team the way you'd want them to show up for you
- Base salary + uncapped commission: $85,000-$150,000+ annually
