Job Description

At Main Event, our Event Coordinators help our Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of fun. As an Event Coordinator, you will partner with Guests to create a tailored, memorable experience based on their needs while delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Welcome and engage with all Guests, acting as an ambassador of fun.
  • Understand all aspects of event packages and add‑ons.
  • Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
  • Use systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow‑up tasks.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted birthday, group, and event sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans.
  • Prospect and cold‑call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business.
  • Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk‑in and event sales.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to share and develop strategic ideas that support the business.
Position Requirements
  • Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience is a plus.
  • Guest‑focused mindset.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM.
  • Effective communication with management, team members, and Guests.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $17.35 to $20.00 per hour.
