What You’ll Do
- Represent Win Choice professionally in residential neighborhoods.
- Speak with homeowners about window and door replacement opportunities.
- Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow company scripts, training, territory plans, and appointment quality standards.
- Track daily activity, conversations, leads, and results.
- Handle rejection, objections, weather, and field conditions with a strong attitude.
- Work with field leadership to improve your approach, communication, and results.
- Maintain a positive, professional image while representing the company at the door.
- Support team goals and contribute to a high-performance field marketing culture.
- This role is a strong fit for someone who is competitive, outgoing, disciplined, and interested in sales or leadership.

Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependability and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Willingness to learn, be coached, and improve.
Preferred:
- Previous canvassing, door-to-door, appointment setting, outside sales, retail sales, home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, security, or customer-facing sales experience.
- Leadership experience in work, sports, military, school, or volunteer settings.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Interest in growing into a field trainer, team lead, or canvass management role.
This position offers competitive pay with performance-based earning opportunities.
Compensation may include base pay, bonuses, commissions, or other incentives tied to lead generation, appointment quality, issued demos, and overall production.
