Safety Services Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record of continued success in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will be driven and goal-oriented. We are looking for strong closing ambitious individuals who will succeed in a cold calling/outbound sales environment.
How our Sales Representative spends their time- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails; self-generated prospecting – this role requires self-generated prospecting activity.
- Service new and existing accounts with the potential to upsell and stay up-to-date on all products and requirements as needed.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Adapt/customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Meet project sales targets (quota, turnover, call statistics) as outlined by Sales Management.
- Take advantage of all opportunities to sell Safety Services Company products and services to customers by following our customer needs sales practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and proficient in maneuvering multiple technologies.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals, quotas, KPI’s.
- Sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of call center experience in a sales environment required.
- Experience working in a CRM – Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners/customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Ability to work proficiently in MS Outlook, Teams, PPT, Word, and Excel.
