Job Summary

Safety Services Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record of continued success in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will be driven and goal-oriented. We are looking for strong closing ambitious individuals who will succeed in a cold calling/outbound sales environment.

How our Sales Representative spends their time
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails; self-generated prospecting – this role requires self-generated prospecting activity.
  • Service new and existing accounts with the potential to upsell and stay up-to-date on all products and requirements as needed.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Adapt/customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Meet project sales targets (quota, turnover, call statistics) as outlined by Sales Management.
  • Take advantage of all opportunities to sell Safety Services Company products and services to customers by following our customer needs sales practices.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of call center experience in a sales environment required.
  • Experience working in a CRM – Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners/customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Ability to work proficiently in MS Outlook, Teams, PPT, Word, and Excel.
