Responsibilities
- Sell a full suite of payment solutions
- Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and execute targeted outbound follow-up
- Assess client needs and deliver customized merchant solutions
- Educate clients on payment security, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial consultation through activation
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless client experience
- 2+ years of Merchant Services or Contact Center Sales experience
- Experience in consultative sales, financial services, or solution-based selling environments
- Merchant Services, payments, or fintech industry experience
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency navigating CRM tools, multiple systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
