• Typically ranges from $50k to $125k
• Weekly sales spiffs paid out

• Managing sales opportunities and closing business to increase dealership sales
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
• Conducting business through various traditional and non-traditional methods, including email, text, video, phone, and in-person appointments

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Valid AZ Driver's License
• Polished professional appearance and demeanor
• Avid goal setter, driven to achieve success
• Hard-working and persistent
• Enthusiastic with a strong passion for the industry
• Responsible with excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to learn and be trainable
• Proficient in basic computer systems
• Ability to work well in a team-driven environment
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
