• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business for fitness certification and training programs.
• Drive outbound calls, emails, and networking campaigns to connect with fitness professionals, personal trainers, health clubs, and wellness organizations.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage your pipeline, forecast with accuracy, and maintain detailed CRM (Salesforce) records.
• Foster strong long‑term client relationships, generate referrals, and support ongoing account growth.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to share market insights and refine strategies.

• 2+ years success in full‑cycle outbound sales in fitness, Personal Training, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and more.
• Track record of exceeding quota and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong consultative sales, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline (Salesforce strongly preferred).
• Passion for the fitness, wellness, or health education sector.
